| Keith wanted to make the baseball all-star team. His goal was clear. When asked about his strategies, his general answer was to practice more.
"Great. Practice what?" We asked.
"Hitting. I need to become a better batter."
"How do you do that?"
"I need more strength," Keith said.
"So what can you do to gain more strength?"
"Practice swinging with a weight at the end of my bat."
"Great," we encouraged. "When will you do it? Every day?"
"No, only on the weekdays," Keith answered.
After our short conversation, he was satisfied and we had a specific strategy to help him make the baseball all-star team.
